HOW TO GET HOLD OF US!

Hi, we always find it frustrating when we have a question or a problem when on a website and all we want to do is to contact someone to talk it through but there just never seems to be an easy way to do it!! At homeArama we wish to be transparent in all our dealings giving you confidence that we do care and that we are here to help.

Our normal office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, sometimes you can catch us outside of those hours (we work hard as we love what we do!!) but if you don’t then we do have an answer phone so please do leave a message, no matter how short, and we will be happy to get back to you as soon as we can.

We also have a free phone number – 0800 085 9054 – but if that is inaccessible to you as you are calling from a mobile, hotel or overseas then our normal landline number is 00 44 (0) 1993 867075 and our fax number is 00 44 (0) 1993 843591.

We can of course be contacted by email, our general one is shop@homearama.co.uk but if you feel you are not getting the response you require or would prefer your email went to a “name” then please feel free to contact claire@homearama.co.uk who looks after our shop on a day to day basis or caroline@homearama.co.uk who is in charge of everything!
